have not recieved microstudio
 

I have made 3 phone calls and now this is my 2nd thread on the same problem
I ordered microstudo on 8-16-04 I have nor recieved it. I requested internet download and did not get it. Order number 17278. whats the problem?. I already own hoster and Microstudio. The purchase I made on 8/16/04 was to install on my forth computer. billbob57@msn.com is my email address.

It was sent first to the email address you entered, which was typed in wrong.

Today we sent it to you again. Our store is automated so the emails are sent out. However, if the email someone enters is wrong, don't yell at us for your mistake. :r
