Large Hard internal or external?

I'm purchasing a HP sx5000 laptop and it comes with a 60g hard drive and 512 memory (2x256). I can upgrade to 80g but was wondering if it was worth upgrading or purchasing a external hard drive. Thanks, Bob:g

You'll probably get more drive for the money if you purchase a USB or firewire external drive. I don't know how much there charging you for the upgrade, but 120 and 200 gig external drives are a pretty good value these days. :)

External is the way to go...

S.Parks is right! :g

Don't forget that Laptops are very tight, and extra heat can throw them into thermal imbalance. We have seen this in the past.

External USB drives are safe, transportable, and if you store all your KMA files on them, you can easily make a backup for... just in case. :e :w

My 2 cents....... and check out our prices too! :g
