No Down load
 
Purchased 2nd copy of microstudio. I never recieved internet email with down load instructions. My order number is 17278. I called and left telaphone message but still recieved no responce

Customer had typed in the wrong email, so the Download instructions were sent to the wrong address. This has now been taken care of and fixed.
