Upgrade won't install

I just purchased the latest Hoster upgrade via internet. Everything went fine up to and including the part where it asked me to insert a floppy. When I go to another computer and insert the floppy I made so it can do it's thing, it says I am not online. I AM online. I tried this several times, even using another computer. Same thing happens. Since I was part way into the unstall-install process, Hoster will no longer run even though it says my files were unchanged. I noticed there are a whole mess of files in the recycle bin which I didn't place there. I am hopefull that if I am able to run the floppy, things will be okay once again.

I believe this problem has been reported before and the solution was to use a KNOWN GOOD floppy disc. The Hoster floppy disc registration has been working for close to a year. Unless you have stumbled onto a never-seen-before bug, I would first suspect your disc is damaged or no good. Try formatting the floppy disc before using it for the registration.

If you have not yet got it to work.

Go back and Redo the Installation, without the Floppy disc in the computer. Re type all of your information for the Registration. Then when it asks you for a Floppy disc, create the disc, then when it shows Finsih. Click this, before you remove the Floppy disc from the computer.

Once this has been done, then take your Floppy over to your Internet computer, and try again.
