I bought the suite about a year ago. I installed everything just fine.

I've been having some computer problems and I needed to reinstall my software. I lost my serial number and had to request it via email.

MTU gave me the serials I needed, and it all happened again, and I got them again.

Now it happened one more time and I'll learn my lesson and keep them on hardcopy. Could you let me know what they are one last time.

I will plan on upgrading once I get them working again. All the help you've given me is greatly appreciated and I look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come. I do love the software.

I am sorry, but you will have to purchase the upgraded versions this time in order to retrieve the software.

OK, so you are saying that I have to pay the full price for the upgraded versions or do I get just the upgrade price since I own the original software.

Do you think I am sharing this software, is that why the refusal? Beside the fact that nobody I know could even use this, you could tell with your security measures that I have only been using it on my system alone. Would it help to say that I'm seriously considering purchasing Hoster?

I am sorry you seem to not understand. We have spent our time to overcome your losing the codes two times.

It is a matter of the cost of our time to do this for you. You had 3 opportunities to print and keep a hard copy. You chose not to do that. It was your choice, not our fault in any way.

Because you already purchased the full suite before, you only need to order the upgrade.

PLEASE... print and save these, and store them on a CDROM also. I suggest you copy the email text and paste it into Notepad, then save it as a .txt file to a CDROM. You can then copy paste the links into your Browser in the future. Also, the Registration Codes will install the versions you have downloaded.
