Video card crashes
 

Every once in a while my video card will crash and the singers display goes dead when starting or finishing a song.. it's usually when playing a PHM. Of course restarting fixes this, but that's a pain. i have a ATI Radeon 9000 128 mb dual display card with the latest drivers (for everything) and all the windows updates. I had this problem before and it was more frequent. but this was due to using the windows update ati driver. this was uninstalled and replaced with the latest from ATI's site and things got better...for a while. It only happens about once a week.
