Problem with email

I am very sorry you didn't get an email answer. However, as I type, our web site is receiving a spam or good email every 5 seconds. That's 720/hour, or 17,280 in 24 hours.
Our problem is spam. To survive - trying to process 17,000 to 80,000 emails a day is SURVIVAL - we are forced to use spam filters. Can't say what happened, but yours didn't get through the several filters we have in place. :?
That's why we have the Forums. You see your post, we see your post, and we can answer it. Also, we have been understaffed with sickness, a birth and vacations so things are behind. We try to do out best. :s
There's a link I think under Microstudio Help that discusses why Emails are only 40% or less effective today. :r
