Registration code

Just downloaded Microstudio on Windows 98 se.
Keep getting message registration code is wrong.
Been through forums and seen no help

We have determined there is an obscure security bug under Win98SE and ME with no net port/card.

Do you have a network card or port installed on the computer? :?
