How long does it usually take support to answer something?

I currently have Hoster registered on two computers. One of the computers I had it registered on has been reformatted and no longer has Hoster on it. I built a new computer to use Hoster for my shows. I would like to use the computer that I am currently using for shows for a backup. Is there a way I can get the computer that I am not using taken of the list of computers that Hoster is registered on so I can register Hoster on the one I want to use for the gigs?

Can anybody help at support?
Do you need any info from me?

Thanks,
Scott

I realize it is very frustrating at times, and it does sometimes take a few days for someone to get back with you, but my experience is that you've already done the correct thing to get support to help you. You can drop an e-mail to support as an extra measure, but it's not as reliable as this forum for other reasons. Good luck.

What's the USER NAME on the computer you want to keep Registered on, and what is it on the one you have removed it from?

log in or computer id?

Do you mean what name I log in under on each computer or the computer ID of each computer?

I already went ahead and bought another licence for Hoster.

At least now if I want to, I can run more than one show at a time, but I don't see myself doing that yet. But I would still like to unregister a computer from the first Hoster licence.

Love the software.

Thanks,

Scott

Just make sure if you are running more than one show at a time, you have 2 sets of discs(CDGs), a set for each computer...
