error serial # does not match registration info

When trying to launch microstudio V2.604 after the install.I keep getting serial # does not match registration information,install microstudio and try again.HELP! I've done this numerous times and nothing helps.

What Operating System are you using? Does the username that you are logged onto the computer as, have administrator rights? If not then please give this username Administrator rights and try again.

Do you have all of the Windows Updates loaded on this computer? Please let me know this information so that I have something to go on.
