reinstalling hoster
 

i,m trying to reinstall the software. when i try to send the information it comes back with an error message of the product was registered under a different ethernet device.
i had my computor work on and now i can't send it to you.

Your software has been installed on two computers
 

On 03/31/2003, Hoster 2.127 was installed on a 2.8GHz computer named "Office Depot".

On 02/09/2004, Hoster 2.209 was installed on a 1.4GHz computer with your name.

You can re-install your 2.209 version on either of these computers as many times as you want.

However, you do now have two copies in use. One should be your backup computer in case your main show computer fails.

Post here if the facts we have are different from what you believe has happened.
