Upgrades

I have just paid for an upgrade for Microstudio, I have cut and pasted both the upgrade and original serial numbers in the respective boxes along with the correct email address, it keeps telling me I have entered the wrong serial number, the original serial number is 32 digits long and consists of numbers and letters whilst the upgrade number is only 18 digits long, any help please?

Problem solved by putting codes in opposite boxes.
