Unable to register
 

I have tried to register my upgrade and have not had any success. I highlighted the e-mail and registration codes and copied them to the registration screen and I keep getting an error message that I entered the wrong registration code. After repeated entries I still can't register. Need some help.

Found Problem With Unable to Register
 

Install program was asking for old registration number. When inserted it gave me the error message. I tried the new reg. number in the old number slot and that worked. Thanks for any help that was suggested.
