Adding New Tracks (CD's)

Here's a strange one. After upgrading to the latest version, I am unable to add any new CD's because it thinks that all of the disk-id's are already being used by another brand.

For example, I'm trying to load SC2409 but it says that disk-id is already being used by another brand. I have never before attempted to load a disk with that disk-id. I have 4 more disks to load and I get the same thing with each of those too.

I seem to be able to "Re-load" a Disk or track just fine. I just cant seem to load any new ones. :?

Any thoughs?

What are you using For book ID

Are you using SC#### as your book numbers? This may be casuing the problem? Can you be specific?

sc2409

sc2409 is a SoundChoice "STAR SERIES" disc.

In order to IMPORT this disc with the version of Hoster you are using, you will need to select "Sound Choice Star Series" in the Select Input Source, BRAND dialog box.

The latest version of Hoster breaks down manufacturere's Discs into Sub-Catagories.

I used to Import all SoundChoice under one Brand..."Sound Choice." I had the same problem and I could not find a way around it.

Now, for example, my database has SoundChoice Spotlight series discs Imported under "Sound Choice" and Spotlight series discs imported under "SOUND CHOICE SPOTLIGHT..." causing two catagories to choose from under Brand when adding a song to the Playlist...by Brand.

If you do not have that many discs, it may be easier to re-import all your discs...I have too many. I'll do it...(re-import) one day

Nreel;
Looks like you nailed it! :)

Sound choice, it seems, is broken up into far too many divisions than I think is necessary. (Chart Buster is even worse). :f :)

Much thanks for the assistance!
