Registration on a software upgrade
 
Your FAQ page says my Registration Code is failing because I did not put in the correct Registration Email. That is not true. I double checked it and tried 3 times. How do we fix this?

Please read this FAQ page and follow the directions.

For example:

Are you installing the latest 2.604 version? If not, what version are you installing?

What error message are you seeing?

I am installing version 2.517. I had emailed that the Plextor Premium Drive purchased from MTU was not being recognized. Bryan Cox answered , " The only version that supports this drive is the current version. You need to upgrade to 2.517." So I did. Could the problem be that the email address used to purchase the orginal software, Microstudio2.4, is not the one used in purchasing the upgrade?
