When I try to download the software, they going on, but then stopped and send a message, " Failed to Load, DLL:_ismtu " I update the windows a lot of times, and the problem continue, How I can solve this?

What version are you installing?
 

If you have 2.506 or higher, find your download link and click it to deliver version 2.604. When you first run the installation program, it will uninstall your prior version. Run it again to install 2.604. :w

Thanks for the answer, but I am not have any version , its my first time with this software, the version thats I bougth is the new, 2.604.

What causes this is that you don't have all your Windows Updates. To fix this problem, connect your computer to the Internet, click the Start Menu, Windows Update. Once the page comes up, click the Scan for Updates Link. Then select all of the Windows Updates, and install them on your computer. Once you have done this, the program will then install.

I downloaded every file in windows updates, for my Windows Me, The site send the menssage, NO Updates avalible for you System.
I think thats this drive DLL:_ismtu is internal, try to send to me.
