Write Command Failed
 

I am getting frequent write command failed on device 2:0:0 bad medium detected messages recently. I've reinstalled the software, updated drivers, used different CDGs and the problem is seemingly worse. I've cleaned the laser and am at a dead standstill for getting past this. Does anyone have any insight into the problem and how to fix it?

This error is dealing with the computer, not sending Data to the CD Recorder fast enough from the Hard drive.
