floppy disk registration
 

I tried to register a secind copy of Microstudio via floppy system and was told that there were already 4 versions register. How can this be? I purchased an update on Monday 19th April and registered it via the net on system 1 then attempted to register via floppy on my laptop and was told I was not connected to the net when I certainly was, is this your way of restricting too many registrations if so you have taken failed attemps to register as being successful as I have only got the program on one machine at the moment. What is my next move please?

The email address that you typed in is incorrect. Please go back and type your email address in correctly. What was typed in was incorrect after that @ sign.
