A Little Help Please
 

Seem to having some trouble, I have Hoster and a plextor 52X32X52 external I have no problem downloading discs into the computer, but when a customer has there own disc and I insert disc into drive click on Add Cd Trk the little box pops up but nothing happens. no downloading box when I push add track the song name and singer name comes up but no status or duration HOW COME

Carl,
Hoster will not start importing a song from a disk into the playlist until a song is playing.

so put in the customers disk and select the track type in the song name, and the singers name, and click ok.

when the next (track)singer starts playing a pop up box will show on the screen, and you tell it to start importing.
