Reinstall Keyrite and KPro

My computer crashed and after repairs I lost all of my MTU software (Microstudio, Keyrite and KPro). Fortunately all of my data was salvaged. I needed Microstudio over the weekend so I purchased it again and it (and my collection of about 400 CD&Gs)is up and running great.

I want to reinstall Keyrite and KPro but I prefer not to have to purchase the whole thing again. Please advise!!

No backup copies???

Jim, I'm sorry we didn't answer your Forum posts earlier. We're going through growing pains and MTUSUPPORT is spread too thin right now.

We're sorry that you lost your download files and registration emails. We tell customers to make a backup , but we can't make them do it. It is really out of our hands after 30 days.

1. Microstudio - purchased 2.506 in August 2003. If you had your download link in the email you received when you ordered, clicking it would deliver 2.517 for free. After September 2003 you would have to purchase the upgrade.

2. Keyrite - purchased 1.302 in April 2003. To get the latest version 1.400 you would have to buy the upgrade for $15, or the Pro 2.008 for $49.95. After May 2003 we could not regenerate the download link and Registration Code.

3. Karaoke Home Producer - purchased 4.008 in September 2003. After October 2003 we can not regenerate your download link. You need to order the upgrade product for $15.

Please, save yourself the heartburn from another computer crash. When you have the new upgrades, save them on CDROM, and copy your email to a .txt file and save it to CDROM also. Then you can paste the download link into a Browser and it will work.
