cannot download..talked to tech
 

i have downloaded the program...talked to the tech...who told me to try this...and then when it didnt work to call back...well try to call back and getting no response or return phone calls makes me wonder about this company..if anyone in this company cares about the products they sell and would consider customer satisfaction as an impotant part of the company, then a little help would be appreciated...Doug Crawford...
