I was using khpro4103.I reformated my c drive.I used the cd of the exe.file. to reinstall on the new c drive and have not been able to get on.It will not accept my email name or my password numbers. It tells me incorrect registration ID.an error occured while transmitting information.Please check you connection,click back or try again or click floppy disc to register on another computer. My cable connection works fine and floppy disc deal doesn't work.

I have emailed you on this. You were typing in the last digit of your REG Code incorrectly.

You were typing a 6 and it is really a B. This should fix it.

I made the change you sent to me in email and the khpro is now installed.I have not tried to use it yet, but I guess since I have used the old program before it should be fine.
