Can't install Hoster Demo
 

Have downloaded demo installed great on one computer but cannot install on another either by downloading direct or from a burned cd. Get a setup launcher has encountered a problem message and needs to close. This is 1 of 3 computers I want to install a full version on. It is a HP 1300 mhz on xp home.

What all the systems will need before Hoster will run on them is all the Windows Updates. You can do this by connecting to the Internet, click the Start Menu\Windows Update. Run all of the updates and then try to reload the Hoster Demo.

Did all that turned off Norton rebooted 100 times and still same thing. Sad thing is I have an older compaq right besid it and it works fine. Without doing a thing. any other suggestions????

recieved demo disc today tried install did same thing.

I would say that there is something in this Computer that the Installer that we are using doesn't like.


Is there an exact error message that is given to you?
