Upgrade installation
I have followed all instructions to install upgrade, but keep getting the message that my registration code was already registered with a different computer. Can't go any further with upgrade. Any suggestions?

Have finally gotten upgrade installed, but everytime I try ti add songs from hard drive or cd, the "Hoster has encountered a problem and needs to close" window comes up. Any suggestions for this problem? Thanks
