It is the weekend and support might not be available. MTU staff sometimes works on weekends, but they do need time off just like the rest of us.

The most common reason for this error message is incorrect information being entered in either the email address or the reg. code.

If the email address in your download email does not agree with your email address, you may have made a typo when ordering the product. No matter what the reason the email address you register with must agree with the email address in your download email, and so must your reg. number.

Suggest you copy and paste the email address and the reg code.

Hope this gets it

We have a bug in the error message being reported back when the wrong email address is entered. If you are connected to the INternet, then the email you are entering is wrong.

However, I checked your registration records again, and I see no record. I checked the Failed Registration Attempts and there are no records for you either.

Thus, from all the facts availabe to me, it appears that your computer is not connected to the Internet. Please read the installation instructions page for Microstudio 2.517. There may be a clue there that will help you.

connection to the internet

Is your internet connection at work? I tried once to install and register from my work. We are running a proxy that did not allow me to get past the fire wall. I kept getting failed attempts.
