last band (20) of CDG is out of sync for Microstudio V2.517

I can't understand why the entire CD plays correctly, with the exception of the 20th band. The company that I bought if from sent me a replacement--it to has the same problem. I have also played the CD on a regular CD player and the 20th band plays correctly.
