Operating System

People may need some more info in order to help:

What Operating System are you using (windows 98 se, windows xp etc.)?

What steps are you taking to try and install?

At what point do you get error messages, if any?

What are the error messages, etc.?

Hope we can help

:c

I am using window 98 second e. NO error messages. Micro asks for e mail and serial #. As soon as I enter and hit next. Mirco kicks completely out of install

Here's a Problem that I had.

When I first started installing MTU software on my computer, I was unaquainted with using keystrokes to copy and paste. When I pasted the serial number that I was given, I didn't notice that a space beyond the number was pasted into the field, as well.

In other words, the cursor was flashing ONE EXTRA SPACE away from the end of the serial number.

This was ruining my installation. I even asked for, and got, a new serial number. Once I meticulously copied that number by hand, I was OK. I now see what the problem was in the first place. (Maybe I got help from someone; it was very long ago)

Next time you try to install, and you paste in the serial number, look to see if the cursor is right next to the end of the number. If not, backspace so that the cursor is right next to the end of the serial number. (I still hit the delete key a few times at this point to make sure that there are not any keyed-in blank spaces wandering around)

Hope This Helps.

Sounds like maybe a bad serial number otherwise
