Problem Installing KHPro 4.103 Upgrade
 

I just upgraded to KHPro 4.103 (previously had 4.008 KPro). After downloading the new file using the download link provided in my email, while the program installs, it will not open. I get a message back that says, “Your serial number does not match your registration information. Please reinstall Karaoke Home Producer and try again.”

I have downloaded the file two more times, reinstalling each time, and the same message appears. I even went into my registry and removed any old entries and still no success.

One thing of particular interest is no where during the install, or when I try to open the program, does it ask for me to put in my email address or registration code.
