I just want to start over

I just want to start over. Redo my kma file without reinstalling hoster. When I got my system back files where missing and in the wrong place. I just want to delete the cdg's and start over. Is that possible?

Party of One,
Yes you can uninstall all of the files if you want to. You can do so by removing the .kma files from your Hoster Songs Folder. Then go to the C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases folder and delete the file songs.mdb.

Once you do this you should then beable to open Hoster and begin Reimporting any of the discs that you have or want to install on the system.

I am not sure why it has files missing. I moved all the files that I found on your computer to a Hoster Songs Directory, because your files were going into a wutemp directory which is a Windows Temp file, that can be deleted by the Operating System. This was the reason that I moved the files, to try to keep Windows from messing any of them up, but it may have already when I went to fix the system.

Thank you for your fast reply

I don't know what happen either. I went to The id to check what was what. Making sure my books lined up with the hoster. A lot of problems. Id 19...29...39...49 just for starts. I thought it had to be a 3 digit number so i don't know that happen. Just for fun I tried to play one got an error. I started my books with dk. They are all gone. Maybe something happen when it crashed. I tried to start with 101 and re-import them. It said it's in use. I think the best thing to do is start over. Thanks for the heads up on activation of Windows Xp. I phoned it in today. Hey I'm happy. I know what I'm doing this time when I import the disc. Thanks again for all your help.
