Found what was locking up my computer

It seems...and the Lord had to help me find the problem, but my computer would hang up when I started to burn a CDG. It turned out after trying everything I knew that I found the Direct Memory Access was what was locking up my computer. When I clicked off DMA in CD Rom setup in Control Panel's System's Setting for my Plextor CD Rom that the problem went away. I have Windows 98SE. This may help someone... reinstalling good ASPI drivers is a help too... Thanks

Marvin,
The Plextor supposidly needs this to be turned on, as stated in Plextor's manuals. I think what you might want to try to do is find out if you can get the latest updated drivers for your Motherboards chipset, this should fix this issue.
