duplicate cd
 

I am trying to duplicate my cdg's to back up my originals. Every time I try I get the same message. Error. Unable to read Audio sectors 0 to 25 on device 1:0:0 illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 24h 00h ) What am I doing wrong? I must be a real readneck. The box shows it will support my drive by saying yes on karaoke and audio. Thanks, Jim

This means that your drive incorrectly reports Yes for supporting Karaoke. Here is where this error is described and listed: http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?threadid=1106

There is nothing that you can do to make this drive work, but replace it with a Plextor brand, the only brand that still works for CD+G.

The only brands of drives that will work are the Plextor brand.

MTU sells the bottom two drives. Ours are tested and guaranteed to work for CD+G, where as when purchased at another place you could get one where the graphics will distort or be broken up.

Yes,
It will work on any computer that has a USB port, but for Higher speeds you will need to make sure that you have a USB 2.0 port. This will allow your computer to run it at the highest speeds.
