Help getting started
I Cant get duplicate disk feature to work

Give us a little more detail as to what doesn't work, do you get error messages? Does the disc attempt to duplicate, but fail, does the disc duplication finish but the backup is unreadable? etc... What is it exactly that doesn't work?

I really am disapointed in this program. I have been trying to use it for 4 hours and the only thing I have to show for it is frustrations

Your problem is that you have selected the Select Folder. This must be set to the C:\ or another Hard drive and to make sure it is not set to your CD-Rom or CD-R drives. |
