computer freezes when "start duplicating" button is clicked on

I installed the program from the disk and the link included when I purchased the software. Everything seemes fine untill I try to copy a cdg. As soon as I clink on the "start duplicating" button, everthing freezes. I then have to manually shut the computer off and turn back on. Please let me know what I have to do to correct this problem and start to burn my cdg's . Thanks
