PlexWriter tray sticks shut!
Just received my new PlexWriter and I'm making great backup copies of my CD+G's. BUT in just the first 2 days the tray has stuck in the closed position 3 times at the completion of writing to a new disk. I had to use the emergency eject tool but then my Microstudio program was frozen and I had to completely shut down my computer. The disk burned 100% fine, but this can't be right. What am I doing wrong? Should I send the burner back? Thanks.
