Serial doesn't match

I got Micro studio yesterday and installed it to my XP home..made one CDG with Plextor 48/24/48A ...everything worked well..today I can not get the program to work...Serial doesn't match registration...tried reinstall..no go...tried new download / reinstall no go..what am I doin wrong
