new plextor 52x and upgrade
 

recently purchased a new 52x plextor
and also downloaded new upgrade for free since i had purchased within alloted
time frame.microstudio does not regonize
new plextor and also does not look any
different than the older version.could there be something wrong with my upgrade? if so pls send me a new download thread. thx hatman:?

It shows in our Records that you have Microstudio 2.506, so make sure that this is the version that you have installed.

Open Microstudio, Click on the Help Menu, About. It should show Version 2.506. This is the version that you must have installed for the Plextor 52x drives to work.

You are right my version says 2.312. It shouldnt i downloaded the new version you sent me and burned it to a disc.
at ant rate i need a new upgrade thread.
will this automatically upend to the old software and upgrad it?
