Trouble calling up the program
 

Sometimes when I click on the Hoster icon from my desktop I get this message. "Your serial number does not match your registration information. Please re-install Hoster and try again".

It's very frustrating. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes get this message. When I do, I have to re-install the program.

I need to get this fixed before it happens at a show... any suggestions.

What all have you done or not done, and can you give some details of your system. Internal, external drives? Give a bit more history and maybe someone can help.
