Downloading Version 2.506 Upgrade
 

I only saw the demo for downloading version 2.506, so I used my e-mail download upgrade for 2.400 to download. I removed the version 2.400 previously on my harddrive, but after reinstalling software twice, I still get only the version 2.400. Is the version 2.506 a free upgrade? If so, how to I download it?

If you purchased or upgraded within the last 6 months it is free. If it was longer than that the upgrade is $15.

We have already emailed all clients who get a free upgrade. We expect to email on Monday to those who purchased before 6 months.

i seem to have lost the plot i puchased microdtudio 2.3 and upgraded to 2.4.im under the impression that i have 8 upgrades ive used only one. from 2.3 to2.4 are your saying i now have to pay for upgrade to 2.5??? or have i got it wrong again. thanks

When we have to spend time to regenerate a download and serial number email, we have a $15 charge for our time. Please always save your download email so you don't have to pay the $15 charge.

ah now i get it. i still have my e-mail download in. so i use that again to upgrade eh? thanks

I purchased the k4 upgrade about 2 weeks ago. I hope that means I'll be getting an email.

I never could get 2.4 to detect drives on my Vaio, I'm hopeful that 2.5 will.
