Microstudio won't run why?

I just down loaded Microstudio and I get a system error # 1, when I try to open it.

Do you mean Microstudio or Karaoke Pro?

Microstudio will not give this error. So if you have gotten a program, thinking it is Microstudio, then you hae the wrong program that was delivered to you, that you are trying to install.
