Karaoke Pro - wait time from purchase

What is the wait time from purchase/download of program to system updates recording purchase to process registration of MACID

ie: Karaoke Pro purchased at 3pm PST, received e-mail of purchase with info. Ran program to obtain MACID and processed,
system does not have record of purchase at that point in time???

It states in the email that it will be done between 9-6 pm M-F EST. If you purchased then you should have it already today.
