Am in the process of printing a songbook for review, and have a few questions. First, with the book printed from Word, is there a way to eliminate the disc mfr number? I really only want the only number to be the book id.. less numbers, less confusion, especially when dim light & alcohol are involved. I have also gone to the "songs" file created in Access from Hoster, and used my existing catalog template to print a catalog from there. In either instance, is there a way to eliminate "THE" from the Artists? Instead of "The Drifters", just "Drifters"? Thanks

You are right, I put the mfg # as an aid when a song has several mfg's and I get several slips every time with the mfg # instead of the song #. I think I'll only put the mfg initials such as SC, MM,...
