Need link to download Microstudio 2.400 ASAP!!!
 

I need a link asap to download the microstudio 2.400. Do I need a new serial number?

The link is generally positioned just below the serial number in your email from MTU.

I haven't gotten the link to it yet. I have a link that I have only used once and it's not working.

When you say it's not working, did it download, but not install, or are you not getting a download ?

If it downloaded but won't install, the serial number is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown. Suggest copy and paste. It is better than manual entry. If you must manual entry, remember there are no alphabetical I's or O's. They are all numerical 1's or 0's.

If it seems to have downloaded and you are getting a message telling you the links have been used up when you try to download again , then that could be because there is a download accellerator installed in your system which zapped the download, and ate up the remaining links. If that's the case, send an email to dougc@mtu.com and explain the situation.

You said you have a likn that was only used once, and is not working, and also said you heven'treceived a likn yet. That is confusing.

Thanks for your help. I received a link in May that had the v2.400. I installed it, then someone erased off of my computer. So I went to the link that I downloaded v2.400 originally in May. It said something like the link was no longer valid due to the fact that it had already been used the maximum amount of times. So now I need a new link so that I can reinstall v2.400. No one from MTU has responded as of yet. So I guess all I can do is wait. I appreciate your help.

Our records indicate you purchased Microstudio 2.200 in July 2001. The download site we used then allowed a single delivery.

Our current download links allow up to 8 downloads IF... you are not using a download accelerator program.

You need to order the $15 Microstudio upgrade. We have to process these manually, so you should order quickly... it is 1:21PM on Friday afternoon. We will be processing up until 5:00PM and then it will be Monday. New orders paid by credit card are processed automatically by our web site, and the installation and download link email are sent out by the store 24/7.
