Making a song list
I have my listings like this sorted to the disk by number and tract
Disk 1-01 .... C name Disk 1-02 .... A name Disk 1-03 .... B name Sometimes songs are asked for by name, I need another listing like this. C name .... Disk 1-01 A name .... Disk 1-02 B name .... Disk 1-03 But as you notice the names are out of order. Is there a way to sort this list by name without doing the whole list (hundreds of songs) over from scratch. I tried a small list to see if I had a program on the computer that would do it , there has to ba a way. As a quick way to look, I tried to use find in windows to look for the song title, but when I click on it, it opens Adobe Reader. Why should that happen? Is microstudio set up so you can't do that? Is that a bug in Microstudio? |
Have You Tried a Spread Sheet??
Sometimes it works for me that I highlight the text, I push
CNTRL-C for copy. Then I open a spread sheet, I push CNTRL-V for paste Once it's in a SpreadSheet, Sorting could be done for any category, as long as each category is represented in a separate column. |
