Obtaining Serial Number
 
HELP!!!! I keep trying to get my serial number and it says my email is wrong!!! I have the same addy in and I've tried several times to get it... won't go through! HELP!!!!!!!! Gena

Gena,

Some MTU products no longer require an email address for installation. For which product do you need an email?

I suggest you contact MTU directly at sales@mtu.com and explain your situation.
