On the surface it appears you have a download accellerator that's eating up and also possibly corrupting your downloads. If so, this must be disabled before attempting any further downloads. To get your download link renewed email MTU and explain the situation. Here's the email address.

This being after businness hours, and going into the weekend, you may not get any response until at least Monday, Thought you should know that.

Don't know why you can't uninstall, but try shutting the pc off for a few minutes. If it still won't uninstall, you may have to go into the Microstudio folder and manually delete Microstudio, then reboot.

Take care,

George

When this error occurs, it means that there is something on your system that is corrupted in the Windows Installer. What you will need to do is either format your computer and reload Windows from scratch or try to go through the Registry and remove all items referring to Microstudio. The registry part can be very touchy and if the wrong thing is deleted the computer could become unusable, then you would have to reformat it and start over.
