error #1 contact mtu
 
I have read all the other threads posted about this error, and I have uninstalled kpro and reinstalled it several times, but I still get the same error. I have not changed anything on my computer and I am using the correct serial number for my program. Please help I am getting extremely frustrated. Thanks
