I purchased the Kpro package , & have been able to install everything except Kpro (have not received the serial#) Yes, I did install kproId & register. How long does it take before MTU sends my serial # ???

Usually allow 1-2 business days, I know it seems like forever, but its a pretty busy company. Believe me, the wait is worth it.:c

I registered 2 days ago and still haven't received my serial# yet. you said 1 to 2 days does it sometimes take longer.

Usually 1 day, but for this free upgrade...
 

We had over 1,000 serial numbers we had to verify ownership for and create. We are very sorry we got behind on doing this.

Hi: No I have not received my serial# yet. I purchased an upgrade for all of the programs Ksuite4upgrade it was sent to me on cd rom. I filled out the form and submitted for kpro 4.008 and have not received email with serial# yet. Will I get it today. My email is ( kencoats7@msn.com ) The invoice# is 8440 ordered on 3/21/2003.
