Problems with microstudio
 

I have just purchased your program microstudio. I have the plextor px-w4824t/u & i have everything required to run your program. The plextor i have is on your list but your program does not recognize it!! your program recognize's a burner that was origanilly in the computer but this burner doesn't even support karaoke, & your program doesn't work for it either. I need to get your program to recognixe my plextor burner!!

You may have to upgrade you ASPI drivers.

Please open Microstudio, click on the Help Menu, About... command to make sure it shows that the version is indeed 2.400. If this is the case then please try installing the ASPI drivers located at:

Try solution 1 first, then Solution 2 to see if these will work.

I use plextot 4824 with microstudio. And I too had a problem. But it was fixed by upgrading my drivers.
