Since you don't have a fix for a problem that you didn't seem to be aware of until people complained about it, how about a refund instead of making us pay more money to buy a new drive that we really dont need since there is software that will work with my burner and it will do the same things microstudio will do and it works.

There are other programs that can DUPLICATE an entire CDG disc. To our knowledge, they do not allow:

1. Importing individual song tracks and making a custom disc of just your favorite songs

2. Playing individual CDG Karaoke songs from your Karaoke discs or importing them and playing from the hard drive.

If all you want to do is DUPLICATE, then other drives and software can do this. Microstudio is a full Karaoke "studio" for your home, not just a duplication program.
