HI I ORDERED KARAOKE PRO UPGRADE $49 LAT WEEKEND 15.3.03
AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE. CAN YOU ADVISE ME OF WHEN I MIGHT RECIEVE IT?

We are sorry for the delay....
 
We had so many requests and orders that we are simply swamped. It takes us about 15 minutes to process an upgrade (free or paid), and we had a LOT of orders.

We are sorry this was not automated. We are working through the list as fast as we can. Please be patient. :s
